Gloria G Gwynne

Gloria G Gwynne is an experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering and education. Currently serving as an Ikebana Teacher at Los Angeles City College since February 2022, Gloria also works as a Quality Control Manager at VinChip Systems and continues to provide volunteer consulting in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) as a semi-retired ITS Specialist. Gloria's extensive career at Caltrans spanned from 1985 to 2018, culminating in the role of Senior Transportation Electrical Engineer, where work involved managing research in traffic engineering and developing standards for Connected Vehicle technologies. Gloria's engineering expertise includes supervising projects, creating specifications for ITS systems, and inspecting construction of highway electrical systems. Prior experience includes a role as a Reliability Engineer at Imatron, focusing on inspection procedures for medical equipment.
