Nikita Swatton

Nikita Swatton has been working with VINCI Construction UK since August 2009, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for Building and Taylor Woodrow. Prior to this role, Nikita also held positions such as Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Adviser. With a background in HR, Nikita's experience spans both Haymills (Contractors) Limited and VINCI Construction UK Ltd. Nikita obtained a CIPD Postgraduate Diploma Level 7 in Personnel and Development from West Herts College.
