Sandra Duroux-Vildier

Sandra Duroux-Vildier has extensive experience in tax management. Sandra currently holds the position of Tax Director at VINCI Construction since May 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Tax Manager at Ingenico Group from August 2016 to April 2018. Sandra also served as an International Tax Manager at DSM, where they were responsible for defining tax strategies, M&A structuring, and transfer pricing for the Nutrition Business. Sandra has also held tax management roles at AREVA (Mining Business Group) and AREVA T&D, specializing in optimizing tax positions and managing tax responsibilities. Sandra began their career in tax at Archon Group.

Sandra Duroux-Vildier obtained a Master 1 degree in Corporate Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Later, from 2001 to 2002, they pursued a Master 2 degree in TAX at Université Paris Cité.
