Ellinoora Ikäheimo

Scrum Master, Project Manager at Vincit

Ellinoora Ikäheimo began their work experience in 2012 as a Shop Assistant at Pentik Oy and later became a Design Intern, where they conducted design research, strategic design, and product design and development based on their master's thesis on Arctic design. Ellinoora worked at Pentik Oy until January 2016. In April 2016, they briefly worked as a University Teacher at the University of Lapland. In May 2016, they started working at SPECIM, Spectral Imaging Ltd., first as a Usability Coordinator until November 2017, and then as a Customer Experience Designer until August 2019. Since August 2019, they have been working at Vincit as a Designer.

Ellinoora completed their postgraduate studies in Teacher Education and Professional Development, with a specific focus on Subject Areas, at the University of Lapland from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) in Industrial Design from the University of Lapland, which they pursued from 2009 to 2016.

In 2014, Ellinoora attended Concordia University, where they engaged in Fine and Studio Arts. Additionally, they pursued studies in Industrial and Product Design at L'École de design Nantes Atlantique from 2011 to 2012.

Furthermore, Ellinoora holds a certification as a Scrum Master, which they obtained from Scrum.org in January 2022.
