Jari Laari

Jari Laari has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Jari is currently working as a Passionate Lead Developer for Vincit, where they are leading the development of API-first domain-driven microservices for a successful e-commerce platform. Jari has also worked for Kamux Oy as a Passionate Lead Developer, where they estimated, planned, and implemented complex features into a custom-made ERP/CRM system. Jari successfully managed a team of software engineers and stakeholders to ensure top-notch functionality. Prior to this, Jari contributed to Ikaalisten Matkatoimisto Oy, where they managed and directed a team to develop and launch an innovative travel website.

Before joining Vincit, Jari was the CEO & Co-founder of Matkakeisari.fi, where they led the strategic software development and growth hacking initiatives. Jari successfully built it into Finland's most renowned search engine for bus and train trips. Additionally, Jari worked as a DevOps Engineer for Visma, leading the migration of cloud reporting software to the public cloud and spearheading the development of an automated CI/CD pipeline. Jari also worked as a Software Developer for Control Express Finland Oy, contributing to the development of industrial condition monitoring systems. Jari began their career at Saimaan talous ja tieto Ltd as an IT Support Engineer, providing onsite support and ServiceDesk assistance across diverse environments.

Jari Laari completed their education in a chronological pattern. Jari started in 2010 at LUT University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, graduating in 2013. Subsequently, from 2013 to 2015, Jari attended the University of Jyväskylä and earned a Master of Science degree in economics with a focus on Information Systems Science. In 2015, they briefly enrolled at MCI | The Entrepreneurial School® for a course in Management, Communication & IT, though no specific degree was mentioned for this period.
