Sohvi Salmelin

Sohvi Salmelin has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Sohvi is currently working as a Senior Strategist and Business Designer at Vincit, where they use design methods to create a balance between outside-in thinking and business value for clients. Prior to their current role, Sohvi worked as an Entrepreneur & Founder at Sisal Markkinointi Oy, where they provided marketing, insight, customer experience, and branding services for clients.

Before that, Sohvi served as the VP of Marketing, Communications & Customer Experience at Helen, where they led a team of professionals and focused on growing Helen's business areas through strategic marketing, product launches, and data-driven brand positioning. Sohvi also worked at Tallink Silja Oy as the Head of Brand Marketing and Marketing Manager, being responsible for advertising, media, campaigns, and brand activities for the Tallink and Silja Line brands in Finland.
