Timothy Austen

Timothy Austen is a Sr. Site Reliability Engineer at Vindex since April 2022. Prior to this, Timothy founded TJAusten Web Ventures in March 2012 and has been the main contributor. With a background in infrastructure and automation at companies like Upside and Capital One, Timothy has also held roles as a software engineer and platform engineer. Timothy's experience includes directing information technology at James Madison University and coordinating events at IEEE. Currently pursuing a Grad Certificate of Intensive Studies in Global Management from Stanford University, Timothy holds a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Science and Technology from James Madison University.
