Ian Bissell

Ian Bissell has a diverse background in infrastructure engineering and network management. Ian is currently working as the Sr. Director of Infrastructure Engineering at Vindex since May 2022. Prior to this role, they held the same position at Belong Gaming from December 2020 to May 2022. Ian also served as the Director of Network Engineering at The Switch from April 2013 to December 2020. Before that, they worked as the Director of Systems Engineering, North America at Net Insight Inc. from August 2001 to April 2013. Ian's earlier experiences include roles such as Senior Sales Engineer at Dynarc Inc., Eastern Region Sales Engineering Manager at Broadwing Communications, Backbone Design Engineer at Cable and Wireless, and Senior Systems Engineer at PSINet. Ian started their career in 1993 as a Corporal Scout Team Leader in the United States Marine Corps.

Ian Bissell has studied Mediterranean archaeology at the University at Albany, SUNY. Ian has also earned a SSGB degree in Six Sigma from Villanova University.
