Connie Zins

Connie Zins currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at VineBrook Homes LLC since June 2022. Previously, Connie held multiple leadership roles at Luxottica from September 2008 to March 2022, including Director of Talent Acquisition Field Recruiting and Director of Talent Acquisition Operations and Support. Before Luxottica, Connie was the Corporate Manager of Payroll and Benefits and Regional Human Resources Manager at Omnicare, Inc. from September 2007 to September 2008. Additionally, Connie served as the Director of Human Resources at Greenbrier Senior Living Community from August 2004 to September 2007 and as Human Resources Manager at NCS Healthcare, Inc. from 1997 to 2004. Connie Zins holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Earlham College.
