Amy Jenkins has extensive experience in the field of research and product development, currently serving as a Research Technician at Vineland Research and Innovation Centre since September 2015. In this role, Amy designs and conducts consumer and sensory research, providing insights for in-house product selection amidst market competition. A collaboration with the Communications department ensures effective promotion of consumer preference drivers at product launch. Previously, Amy worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Graduate Student Researcher at the University of Guelph, where responsibilities included leading sensory labs and investigating purchasing behaviors related to fruits and vegetables among students. Amy holds a Master of Science in Food Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from the University of Guelph.
