Zhansaya Ingkarbek

Zhansaya Ingkarbek is an experienced professional in the food science and culinary fields, currently serving as a Research Technician at Vineland Research and Innovation Centre since October 2022. Previously held the position of Line Cook at Lake House Restaurant since May 2022 and worked as a Food Science Research Assistant at Niagara College Research & Innovation from January 2020 to April 2022, where responsibilities included supporting food and beverage projects and mentoring new employees. Zhansaya also gained experience as a Food Server at Ridley College in August 2020, focusing on food safety and managing dietary restrictions. Zhansaya obtained a College Diploma in Culinary Innovation and Food Technology from Niagara College, completing the program in 2022.
