Nareg Minassian

Nareg Minassian has over 10 years of work experience. Nareg started their career in 2009 as a Data Entry Clerk at Prodata. In 2010, they worked as a Junior Information Technology and Web Developer at Right-Click - Managed IT Services & Sales, where they hosted websites using wix.com and wordpress.com and godaddy’s platform. In 2012, they worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Omega Pos Technology. From 2015 to 2016, they held four roles at BIM POS as a Report Specialist, Enterprise Resources Planning Specialist, Senior Technical Support Manager, and Software Test Manager. During the same time period, they also worked as an Account Manager and Cost Control Manager at The Brothers Three and a Social Media Manager at Leb Webers. In 2017, they worked as a Web Developer at DIGITALITSERVICES. In 2021, they worked as a Junior DevOps Engineer and Lead Technical Support Engineer at Vineti, where they handled Tier 2 support, led support for Johnson & Johnson EMEA, and acted as a Tier 2 technical trainer. Nareg is currently working as a Senior Information Technology Specialist at IFS TRADING LIMITED and will start a new role as a Senior Data Specialist at American University of Armenia in 2022.

Nareg Minassian has a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, General from the Lebanese International University, which they obtained between 2011 and 2017. Nareg has also obtained various certifications, including Fundamental of Development Operations from Business Development Group in 2022, Design Thinking: Customer Experience from LinkedIn in 2022, Future Trends in Technology Day from Lebanese International University in 2017, International Public Sector Accounting Standards from Grand Thornton Dorfin in 2015, and Hospitality Service Training from University La Sagesse in 2012.
