Mardi Sifuentes

Mardi Sifuentes is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in management and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Vineyard City Council Member and a candidate for Vineyard City Council, Mardi has been actively involved in local governance since August 2021. As the Owner and Operator of Vineyard Bakery since May 2020, Mardi specializes in creating a variety of homemade sourdough breads, including popular flavors like jalapeño cheddar and rosemary. In addition, Mardi has extensive experience as a General Manager at Richard Bangerter, Inc., since January 2012, and previously held the position of Executive Account Manager at MityLite from October 2005 to January 2009. Mardi holds a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from Utah Valley University and a Diploma in General Studies from West Jordan High School.
