Elin Östensson

Elin Malveholm is an experienced leader in offshore safety, currently holding the position of Leader Offshore Safety at Equinor since April 2016, where responsibilities include advising on safety within operations and projects. Prior roles at Equinor included Project Leader and Lean Coach, focusing on implementing Lean practices and coaching management. Malveholm's background also comprises significant positions at Statoil, including Senior Engineer Operations and Management Advisor, contributing to planning and operational strategies within the company. Other leadership roles include Chairman of Young in Statoil Bergen and Chairman of the Board for a condominium renovation project. Malveholm holds an M.B.A. from Lund University and a BBA from the same institution, along with prior education at other prestigious universities.
