Astrid Deutschmann

Astrid Deutschmann is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, consulting, and technical development. Since May 2024, Astrid has served as Projektledare Test Development at GPV, focusing on test equipment for circuit boards. Concurrently, Astrid has been providing consulting and coaching services at Diversity4Growth since July 2017, emphasizing the importance of transitioning from diversity to belonging to enhance profitability. As an IT Project Manager at Vinnergi, Astrid supports the introduction of products in the German market, leveraging expertise from both Germany and Sweden. Astrid has also led a complex healthcare information system project at Region Gävleborg and previously held key roles at Visolit and Ericsson, managing teams and ensuring product quality across various technical programs.
