Michael Brenchley

Michael Brenchley has a diverse work experience starting from 1996. Michael began their career as a Fabrication Manager at Y.A.B. Technical Services, where they focused on meeting customer quality requirements and assisting in product development. Michael then transitioned to Westek Metal Products as a Shop Manager, overseeing daily production schedules and quality management.

In 1999, Michael joined Sanmina-SCI, initially serving as a Manufacturing Engineer before becoming the NPI Engineer/Fabrication Manager, leading the NPI department and collaborating closely with customers' engineering teams for more cost-effective manufacturability. Michael also held the role of Soft Tool Manager, responsible for acquiring fabrication equipment and hiring operators and set-up personnel for Carrier Corp.

Between 2004 and 2005, Michael worked as a Manufacturing and Fabrication Manager at Sanmina-SCI, leading production requirements for various customer products and relocating to Texas to support Carrier Corp. After Carrier purchased the facility, Michael's services were retained.

From 2007 to 2009, Michael served as the Facilities/Maintenance Manager at United Technologies and also as the Facilities Manager at Carrier Corp. during the same period. At Carrier Corp., they negotiated contracts and was responsible for facility maintenance and repairs.

Starting in 2010, Michael joined Control Sales & Service as a Sales/Technician, providing automation services and sales expertise.

In 2013, they became the Operations Manager at Genesee Stamping & Fabricating, Inc., where they managed manufacturing operations, mentored staff, and ensured quality standards were met.

Michael's most recent position has been at Vinson Process Controls since 2015. Michael started as a Quality Control specialist before taking on the role of Operations Supervisor.

Michael Brenchley attended San Lorenzo Valley High School and successfully obtained a diploma. No further information regarding their education history is provided.
