Brian Cadamatre

Brian Cadamatre has a diverse work experience in the wine industry. Brian is currently working as the Director of Finance, Cost & Inventory at Vintage Wine Estates since November 2021. Previously, they co-owned Trestle 31, a family wine business, from March 2015. Brian also worked as the Director of Finance at Folio Fine Wine Partners from June 2021 to March 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Finance Manager at Ste. Michelle Wine Estates from March 2020 to June 2021. Brian was a Director of Wine Planning at Delicato Family Wines from June 2019 to March 2020. Brian also held various finance roles at Constellation Brands from 2015 to 2019, including Finance Manager, Estates Winery Support, Finance Manager, Product Costing, and Senior Financial Analyst, Operations Finance. Brian started their career in the wine industry as a Business & Financial Analyst at Boisset Family Estates from June 2014 to March 2015. Before entering the wine industry, Brian worked at Treasury Wine Estates from 2009 to 2014 in roles such as Sr Analyst, Business Management and Capability, Interim Replenishment Planner, and Inventory Management Coordinator. Brian began their professional career as a Global Sourcing Coordinator at Fonterra from November 2006 to August 2009.

Brian Cadamatre's education history begins with a Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Brian then pursued a Master of Professional Studies degree in Natural Resources Management at Syracuse University from 2005 to 2006. In the same year, they also took classes towards an MBA in Supply Chain Operations at California State University, Fresno. Additionally, Brian obtained certifications in the field of wine and spirits, including WSET Level 1 - Sake in January 2020 and WSET Level 2 with a pass with merit in November 2018 from WSET - Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
