Kusum Dhiman

Kusum Dhiman has extensive work experience in the wine industry and data analysis. They are currently serving as the Director of Data and Integration at Vintage Wine Estates since April 2022. Prior to this, Kusum worked at Wente Vineyards as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst from January 2020 to April 2022. Before that, they were employed at Jackson Family Wines as a Data Analyst from March 2019 to January 2020, and as a Reporting Analyst from September 2016 to February 2019. Kusum also worked as a Sales Business Analyst - Contract at The Wine Group from February 2014 to September 2016. They began their career in 2013 as an Assistant Teacher at Santa Rosa City Schools and later worked as a Substitute and Assistant Teacher at The Montessori Academy at Edison Lakes from December 2003 to June 2006.

Kusum Dhiman obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Sonoma State University from the year 2009 to 2010. Previously, they also earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems from Bellevue University during the period of 2001 to 2002. In July 2018, they obtained a certification in SQL Data Reporting and Analysis from LinkedIn.
