Jade Le has worked in the customer service and operations field for over 10 years. Jade began their career in 2006 as Store Manager for LightHouse for the Blind and Visually Impaired. In 2008, they became a Product Support Specialist for Design Within Reach, where they provided product technical knowledge to sales staff and client support to over 70 showrooms nationwide, acted as a liaison between clients and vendors to reconcile warranty issues, and handled a high volume of customer service inquiries. In 2011, they became Customer Service Manager/ Operations Assistant for Wingtip. In 2015, they joined Kryolan Professional Make-up as a Customer Service/ Operations associate. Finally, in 2017, they joined Vintner's Daughter, where they have held the roles of Senior Operations Manager of Customer Experience, Senior Manager of Operations, and Customer Operations Manager.
Jade Le has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration and Management, General from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, which they obtained between 1998 and 2003. Jade has also obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including The Practices of High-Performing Employees (March 2020), Operational Excellence Foundations (February 2020), Creating a Culture of Service (July 2019), Excel 2019 Essential Training (July 2019), and Transitioning from Manager to Leader (July 2019).
