Jaap Dijckmans is an experienced project manager with a robust background in engineering and management, currently serving as a Projectmanager at Vion Food Group since November 2022. Prior to this role, Jaap held the position of Head Of Project Management Office at VDL Enabling Transport Solutions, where responsibilities included leading project managers and enhancing PM-related processes. Jaap has also served as Sales Manager and Interim Plant Manager at VDL Kunststoffen, overseeing sales teams and factory operations, and as Global Product Manager at TE Connectivity - TE RAIL, where significant projects included developing innovative systems for high-speed trains and managing product lines for aerospace applications.
