Helen Li

Helen Li has extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Helen is currently an SVP Corporate Development at VIPKid since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 2016 to 2023, serving as the Director APAC TMT Investment Banking. In this role, they managed several significant investment deals, including PTT OR's investment in Traveloka, Tencent's block trade in Sea Ltd, and Bukalapak's IPO. Helen also contributed to high-value transactions involving Baidu, Bilibili, and Tencent. Before joining Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Helen was a Senior Manager in Strategy and M&A at China Resources (Holdings) Co from 2011 to 2014. Helen also gained experience in the Business Intelligent Department and Junior Talent Program at Infineon Technologies from 2009 to 2011. Helen started their career as an intern at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in 2008 and participated in the Instep Global Internship Program at Infosys during the same year.

Helen Li obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, General from the MIT Sloan School of Management from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) and Bachelor of Economics in Electronic Engineering and Economics respectively at Tsinghua University from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, they attended the Columbia Business School for a summer program in Accounting and Finance in 2008.
