Gorm Sørensen

Gorm Sørensen is a Senior Software Engineer at Vipps MobilePay since May 2023 and has held a similar title at MobilePay since April 2018. Previously, Sørensen worked at Silk Music from September 2009 to February 2021, starting as A&R Coordinator, where responsibilities included IT development, artist coordination, and quality assurance, and co-founding Monstercat Silk, an electronic record label. Prior experience includes software engineering roles at Danske Bank and a research assistant position at Aarhus University focused on smart buildings. Sørensen also has extensive development experience from EKTOS A/S and began a career in engineering as a trainee. Gorm Sørensen holds a Master of Science in Computer Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Aarhus School of Engineering.
