Syed Ali

Syed Ali has a wealth of experience in the technology field, having worked in various roles since 2003. Syed'sfirst job was as an Engineering Technical Services Intern at NetLibrary in 2003. In 2004, they took on the role of Network Operations Engineer at Virtela Communications. In 2006, Syed Ali became a Voice Global Network Engineer at Level 3 Communications. Syed then worked at Cisco from 2007 to 2017, first as a Sales Systems Engineer and then as a Lead Network Consulting Engineer. In 2014, Syed Ali joined Viptela as a Sr. Systems Engineer, and in 2018 they moved to Alkira, Inc. as a Solutions Engineer and later as the Director of Solutions Engineering.

Syed Ali completed their B.S. in Information Systems & Accounting from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2005. Syed then went on to pursue an M.S. in Telecommunications from the same university, which they completed in 2007.
