Sharon Chambers has over 15 years of experience in management, customer service, and quality assurance across various industries. Currently serving as a Team Manager at VIQ Solutions since September 2020, Sharon collaborates with management and team members to achieve productivity targets while coaching individuals to enhance their skills and meet personal performance goals. Previously, Sharon held multiple roles at Auscript, including Acting Team Manager, Customer Service Advisor, and ISO Representative, where responsibilities included conducting internal audits and improving business processes.
