Helen Halloran, RP, CRP, is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in intellectual property, contracts, and corporate paralegal work. Currently serving as a Senior Transactional Paralegal at Vir Biotechnology, Inc. since May 2022, Helen has previously held key roles at Impel Pharmaceuticals, Seattle Genetics, and other organizations, where responsibilities included managing contract processes, overseeing patent and trademark matters, and coordinating legal agreements. With formal education that includes a Certificate in Intellectual Property Management from the University of Washington and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications/Political Science, Helen possesses a diverse skill set cultivated over years of dedicated service in the legal field.
