Jeff Cohn

Jeff Cohn's work experience begins in 2004 as a Title Examiner at Meridian Title Corporation. Jeff then worked as a Judicial Extern at the Indiana Court of Appeals in 2007. In 2008, they joined Faegre Baker Daniels as a Corporate Associate. In 2013, they became a Corporate Counsel, specializing in M&A and Integrations at Life Technologies. In 2014, they became a Senior Counsel, Commercial at BD. In 2016, they joined Heron Therapeutics, Inc. as a Director of Legal Affairs. Jeff then held various roles at Heron Therapeutics, including Sr. Director, Associate General Counsel & Assistant Secretary, and Executive Director, Assistant General Counsel & Assistant Secretary. In 2024, they joined Vir Biotechnology, Inc. as the Vice President of Corporate Law. Throughout their career, Jeff has gained expertise in corporate law and legal affairs.

Jeff Cohn obtained their Juris Doctorate degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science in Business degree with a focus on Business Economics & Public Policy and Entrepreneurship from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, from 1999 to 2003. Additionally, Jeff Cohn is a Licensed Attorney in the State Bar of California since 2011, the State Bar of Illinois since 2009, and the State Bar of Indiana since 2008.
