Jonathan Anderson

Jonathan Anderson has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Jonathan is currently the Director - Drug Product MS&T at Vir Biotechnology, Inc., where they lead the drug product MST portfolio of projects and initiatives. Prior to that, they worked at Biogen as a Senior Manager and Mfg Scientist II, responsible for drug product leadership and technology transfer. Jonathan also gained experience at Seqirus as an Engineer III, focusing on formulation development and aseptic process design. Anderson worked at Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics as a Formulation Specialist II, leading technology transfer and development projects. Additionally, they worked at Catalent Pharma Solutions as a Scientist, involved in formulation and process development. Jonathan began their career at Pfizer, where they held various roles including Research Scientist I, Scientist II, Scientist I, Technical Writer, and Associate Scientist, specializing in formulation and process development, site start-up, and technical writing.

Jonathan Anderson received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Washington & Jefferson College in the years 1994 to 1998. Jonathan also obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Villanova University in 2012. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in areas such as Leading Teams, Influencing People, Managing Talent, and Inspiring and Motivating Individuals, all from Coursera.
