Nori Shinokawa

Nori Shinokawa has over 18 years of experience in accounting and financial roles. Nori is currently working as the Senior Director of SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting at Vir Biotechnology, Inc. Before that, they served as the Director of Reporting and Technical Accounting at IDEAYA Biosciences for two years. Prior to that, Nori worked at Connor Group as a Senior Manager, where they provided advisory services in technical accounting and SEC filings. Nori also played a key role in implementing new revenue recognition guidance. Nori began their career at Ernst & Young as an Audit Senior Manager, managing financial statements audit engagements and serving as a go-to person for clients' technical accounting inquiries. Nori started their professional journey at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Audit Senior Associate.

Nori Shinokawa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting from Yokohama National University. They also have a Master of Arts (M.A.) in International Policy Studies from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey. Nori is currently a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with an active license issued by the California Board of Accountancy.
