Chelsea Durgin

Chelsea Durgin's work experience began in 2016 as an Assistant to John Fitzpatrick at Studio71, LP, where they handled talent management operations and assisted with branded campaigns. Chelsea then joined IPSY in 2017 as a Talent Coordinator and later became a Talent Specialist, managing promotions, brand outreach, and production for beauty campaigns. In 2019, Chelsea became a Talent Manager at Slash Management, overseeing well-known beauty and fashion influencers. Chelsea worked at other companies such as FilmRise and Full Scope PR before joining Viral Nation in 2022. At Viral Nation, Chelsea held roles as Head of 360 Projects and Beauty, Fashion, Lifestyle, and LGBTQ+ Talent. Throughout their career, Chelsea has gained extensive experience in talent management, brand outreach, and production execution.

Chelsea Durgin earned a Bachelor's Degree in Media Studies from Claremont McKenna College between 2011 and 2014. Before attending Claremont McKenna College, they studied Business and Communications at California State University, Fullerton in 2010 and 2011.
