Yair E. has a long and varied work experience. In 2023, they became a Board Member of Qinecsa Solutions. The following year, they became a Board Member of Laboratoire XO, as well as a Partner and Head of Transformation at Stanley Capital. Yair also began working as a Professional Futures Trader and Investor in 2022. In the same year, they became a Director at Virax Biolabs. From 2019 to 2017, they were a Partner at Bain & Company. From 2009 to 2017, they were an Associate Partner, Engagement Manager, and Associate at McKinsey & Company. In 2008, they became the CEO of Tactile World, an innovative start-up company manufacturing assistive technology for blind people. Finally, from 2004 to 2008, they were a Gynecologist at Hadassah Ein Kerem, where they were promoted to senior resident and was ranked as one of the best faculty clinical teachers for the Hebrew University in OBGYN. Yair also published in leading peer reviewed journals.

Yair E. received a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 1998, having studied Medicine from 1991 to 1998.
