Rajendra Chavan

Rajendra Chavan has worked in a variety of Human Resources roles since 2005. Rajendra began their career at Kshetra Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. as an HR and Administration Lead. In 2005, they also began working at Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd as an Assistant Back Office - HR Dept. In 2014, they moved on to Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd as an Assistant Manager - HR Operations. In 2017, they became Manager Payroll & Compliance at Osourceglobal. In 2018, they took on the role of Human Resources Manager at Eros International PLC. In 2019, they moved to Axis Bank as a Human Resources Operations Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Virescent Infrastructure as a Senior Human Resources Manager.
