Caroline Macklin is the current Head of Brand at Virgin Active. Caroline has over 6 years of experience working in brand management and communications. Macklin has worked with some of the world's biggest brands, including Ricoh Europe, SAP, McLaren, and tennis player Andy Roddick. Caroline has managed branding and communications across 16 countries and 40 events.

Caroline Macklin has a Master's Degree in CIM Professional Diploma from Chartered Institute of Marketing and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology BSc from The University of Edinburgh.
