Courtney Thompson

Courtney Thompson has a strong background in strategic sourcing, operations management, and category management. Courtney has worked for various companies in the retail sector, including Virgin Active, Sportsmans Warehouse, and Superbalist.com. At Virgin Active, they held several roles, with their most recent position being Head of Strategic Sourcing and Contracts. In this role, they were responsible for developing strategic plans, implementing cost-saving initiatives, and contract consolidation. Prior to their time at Virgin Active, Courtney worked at Sportsmans Warehouse, where they served as a Senior Merchandise Categories Manager, driving growth and exceeding sales targets. Courtney also worked at Superbalist.com, where they held roles as a Category Manager and Financial Analyst.

Courtney Thompson attended Herschel Girls' School but did not receive a degree. Courtney then went on to study Business Management at the University of Cambridge in 2009. From 2010 to 2012, Courtney pursued a Bachelor's degree in Design, Business, and Communication at FEDISA.
