Prior to this, Ginny held the position of General Manager-HR at MMA Offshore Asia Pte Ltd from November 2008 to April 2019. In the previous role, responsibilities included managing recruitment processes, overseeing annual performance reviews, conducting manpower planning, and leading talent acquisition and retention initiatives. Ginny played a critical role in rewards and benefits management, budget planning and analysis, training and development, and employee relations practices to ensure organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
