Ben Duffield

Ben Duffield is an experienced digital product designer with a strong background in creating scalable and accessible design solutions across various digital platforms. Currently serving as Lead Digital Product Designer at Virgin Atlantic since June 2020, Ben focuses on delivering on-brand designs while working within agile product scrum teams. Prior to this role, Ben held positions at Virgin Holidays, where key accomplishments included the introduction of Figma to the design community and driving accessibility initiatives to meet WCAG AA standards. Ben's professional journey also includes experience as a UX/UI Designer at Avios and Encenta, as well as earlier roles in digital and graphic design. Ben's educational background includes attendance at Imberhorne from 1998 to 2005.
