Victoria McFarlin

Victoria McFarlin is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in employment law. Currently serving as Manager & Legal Counsel for People Relations at Virgin Atlantic since October 2021, Victoria previously held positions as an Employment Lawyer at Sainsbury's and British Airways. Victoria's legal career began as a Trainee Solicitor at Magrath Sheldrick LLP, followed by roles at Freeth Cartwright LLP, Young & Lee, Hawkins Hatton LLP, and various solicitor positions focusing on employment and litigation. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree and a Legal Practice Course (LPC) qualification, both from Brunel University and Guildford College of Law respectively.
