Renee Morgan

Renee Morgan possesses extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Head of Shared Services, Head of Organisational Development, and Head of People at Virgin Australia since February 2022. Prior to this role, Renee held various human resources managerial positions at CSR Limited from June 2018 to February 2022, and worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Campbell Arnott's from February 2016 to June 2018. Additional roles include Human Resources Director at Brisbane Racing Club and Senior Consultant at Change2020, among others. Renee's foundational education includes a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management from Queensland University of Technology, complemented by early career roles that began in 2001.
