Mark Bailey

Mark Bailey has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, beginning a career as a TXE4 Switch Engineer at BT from July 1986 to July 1996, focusing on day-to-day maintenance of TXE4 switch sites in Reading. Following this, Mark Bailey worked at O2 (Telefónica UK) from July 1996 to September 2020, advancing to the role of Senior Support Engineer for Radio & Packet, where responsibilities included 2nd line radio support and Nokia vendor management, as well as serving as NMC Shift Manager, overseeing first-line maintenance and team management. Currently, Mark Bailey is retired after working with Ex VMO2 since December 2022. Mark Bailey holds an HNC in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and has a foundational education from Theale Green and Lacon Childe.
