Khem K. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Currently, Khem is working at Virgin Pulse, starting in 2020 as a Product Manager and then moving on to become a Senior Product Manager in 2021. Later in 2021, Khem became the Lead Product Manager, VP Navigate at the same company. Khem's previous experience includes working at Yaro, a healthcare technology company, as a Product Owner. Before that, Khem worked at HealthJoy, where they held positions such as Director of Product Analysis, Client Implementation Manager, Product Integration Specialist, and Healthcare Concierge. Prior to that, Khem worked at GoHealth as a Licensed Benefits Advisor, at GHA Technologies as a Regional Sales Manager, and at CDW as a Higher Education Account Manager. Khem's earliest known work experience was as the CIVITAS Training School Program Director at the Coalition of African, Arab, Asian, European, and Latino Immigrants of Illinois (CAAAELII).

Khem K. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago between 1998 and 2003. In 2014 to 2016, Khem attended Western Governors University, studying Health Informatics. In addition to their degrees, Khem has obtained several certifications, including the Fundamentals of Transaction (FOT) from Influential U, Product Strategy from Kellogg Executive Education, Certified SAFe 5 Product Owner/Product Manager from ScaledAgileServices, and a Health Insurance License from the National Insurance Producer Registry in October 2020.
