SVP, Client Success at Virgin Pulse

Kristen Larson is the SVP of Client Success at Virgin Pulse. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of Account Management at Interactive Health from April 2010 to June 2020. During their time at Interactive Health, they were an executive team member responsible for strategic and operational leadership in areas such as client retention, business development, product expansion, and company acquisition. In their first 6 months, they closed $4M in incremental revenue and identified an active pipeline of $15M in incremental revenue. Kristen also maintained a 91% client retention rate.

Kristen also collaborated with finance on forecasting targets, tactics, and ongoing measurement; expanded visibility, tracking and increased frequency for the business and executive team. In addition, they analyzed, evaluated, and led company growth and improvement initiatives to align appropriate business units (e.g. redefined "billable hours" to ensure effective use of account manager time). Lastly, they sourced and managed large budgets, $250K+, focusing on improvement of employee retention and growth through job mapping and compensation alignment.

Kristen Larson has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
