Tim Ciampa has a diverse work experience in project management, customer success, and technical support. Tim started their career at Fleetmatics as a Customer Support Representative and then moved on to become a Large Account Implementation Specialist. Later, they joined EBSCO Information Services as a Technical Support Representative and then became an International Customer Account Specialist. Currently, Tim is working at Virgin Pulse, where they started as a Customer Success Specialist and has since progressed to roles such as Project Manager, Project Management Team Lead, and Director of Implementation Project Management.
Tim Ciampa earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Bible/Biblical Studies from Gordon College from 2004 to 2008.
