Joseph Cappellano

Joseph Cappellano has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Joseph is currently working at Virgin Pulse as the Sr. Director, Strategic Solutions - Partner Ecosystem. In this role, Joseph is responsible for driving revenue growth with Fortune 500 clients, managing pricing and negotiations, and overseeing a team of Client Success Managers.

Prior to their current position, Joseph worked as the Director, Strategic Development at Virgin Pulse, where they were responsible for revenue growth, client relations, and contract management.

Before joining Virgin Pulse, Joseph was a Consultant at both AlphaSights and Soul Being in 2020.

From 2016 to 2021, Joseph served as the National Director, Health & Wellness at Suffolk Construction. During this time, they designed and implemented a comprehensive health and wellness strategy, managed day-to-day operations, and contributed to employee retention efforts.

Earlier in their career, Joseph worked as the Director of Operations and Director of Program Services at Scholar Athletes from 2010 to 2016. In these roles, they oversaw administrative functions, provided strategic consultation and project management support, and managed organizational policies and procedures.

Joseph also has a background in professional hockey, having played for LHC Les Lions and NEV Neusser in 2009 and 2008 respectively.

Joseph Cappellano attended Tufts University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology/Film & Communications. From 2020 to 2022, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Boston College Carroll School of Management. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications, including Certified Mindful Leader from Whil Concepts, Corporate Wellness Specialist from Global Healthcare Resources (GHR), Corporate Athlete Trainer from Johnson & Johnson Human Performance Institute, and Strength & Conditioning Specialist from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA).
