William Dagher

William Dagher has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. William currently holds the role of SVP - Payment Integrity at Virgin Pulse's subsidiary, HealthComp. Prior to this, they served as Vice President at HealthComp from 2022 to 2024. William also held the position of Board Member and Managing Director at Medical Rehabilitation Consultants, Inc. from 2019 to 2022. Additionally, they served as Board Member and Managing Director at South Florida Utilization Review from 2015 to 2022.

Before these positions, William was a Board Member at International Medical Billing from 2008 to 2019 and at White Aluminum & Windows from 2006 to 2016. William was also the President, Founder, and Majority Shareholder of i-Plexus Solutions, a cloud-based medical claims clearinghouse and billing service, from 2005 to 2014. Furthermore, they held the role of Director of Operations at QHR Technologies from 2012 to 2014.

In the early stages of their career, William was President of the e-Health division at Per-Se Technologies from 1999 to 2003. Prior to that, they held positions at CVS Caremark Corporation, including Vice President of Information Systems and Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions from 1994 to 1997.

William Dagher completed a BA degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Maryland Baltimore County in 1985. William then went on to earn their Masters of Science in Business with a specialization in Finance from the University of Baltimore in 1989.
