Alix Ainsley

Alix Ainsley is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the People Experience Director at Virgin since April 2023. Previously, Alix held the position of Director of Talent & Learning at John Lewis Partnership from June 2021 to April 2023 and served as the Director of Talent & Culture at Quilter from October 2018 to June 2021. Alix's career includes significant roles such as HR Director at Dyson, HR Director Group Operations at Lloyds Banking Group, and Organisation and Talent Development Leader at both GE Aviation and GE Capital. Alix began the career at GE Commercial Finance as HR Manager, accumulating expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and organization development. Alix holds an MA in Human Resource Management from the University of the West of England and a BA in Geography with Development Studies from the University of Sussex.
