Cindy Jarboe

Cindy Jarboe serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Relaxium® since March 2024 and has held various leadership positions, including Chair at the Society of International Business Fellows since January 2023. Previously, Cindy was a member and Chair of the Supervisory Committee at Virginia Credit Union since October 2016, and served as Chief Financial Officer for the Emergency Assistance Foundation, Inc. from October 2018 to June 2021. Additional notable roles include President of the William & Mary Alumni Association from July 2015 to June 2017, Acting Chief Financial Officer at medCPU, Inc. from October 2013 to December 2015, and Chief Financial Officer at Prestige Brands, Inc. from October 2001 to June 2004. Cindy Jarboe earned a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Accounting from William & Mary between 1973 and 1977.
