James Rodgers, P.E., PTOE has extensive experience in traffic engineering and highway safety improvement projects. James has worked at the Virginia Department of Transportation since 2006, starting as an Engineering Scholar/Technician and currently holding the title of Architect/Engineer II. James has been involved in notable projects such as Interchange Modification Reports for the Southwestern Region and upgrades in signal systems. With a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and an Associate degree in Civil Engineering Technology, James brings a strong educational background to their work in the transportation industry.
