Nathan O'Kane P.e.

Nathan O'Kane P.E., PTOE currently serves as the District Traffic Operations Manager for the Virginia Department of Transportation, a position held since June 2013, where responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing technology Safety Systems and developing safety applications. Prior roles within the organization include Innovation Engineer, focusing on user experience for the work zone builder app, and Sr. Traffic Engineer, coordinating traffic signal networks and managing projects. Earlier experience includes positions at Marshall University as an Engineering Lab Technician and various roles at the US Army's Night Vision Electronics Sensors Directorate, specializing in software testing and automation. Nathan O'Kane holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Marshall University, obtained in May 2018.
