Mike Grundmann has extensive experience in economic development and talent acquisition. Mike is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of the Virginia Talent Accelerator Program at the Virginia Economic Development Partnership. In this role, they lead the program that provides customized recruitment and training solutions for job creation projects. Prior to this, Grundmann worked as the Director of Advanced Manufacturing at the Georgia Department of Economic Development, where they led a team in locating manufacturing facilities and negotiating incentives. Mike has also served as the Associate Director of Client Services at the Georgia Institute of Technology and as the Director of Operations and Marketing at Georgia Quick Start. Additionally, Grundmann has experience in economic development at Oglethorpe Power Corporation and as an Account Executive at Chartcrafters, Inc.
Mike Grundmann has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing/Advertising from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business. Mike also has a Master's degree in Information Systems Management from Keller Graduate School of Management. However, the start and end years for both degrees are not provided.
