Todd Oldham

Todd Oldham has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Todd'smost recent role is Director of Research at the Virginia Office of Education Economics, which they started in August 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Economic Development, Workforce, and Technical Education at Monroe Community College for ten years, from April 2011 to August 2021. Todd also held various positions at Clark College, including Associate Vice President, Executive Director, and Director, from 2005 to 2011. Additionally, Todd worked as a Program Manager for Information Technology at Chapman University from 2001 to 2005, an Account Manager at Gateway from 2000 to 2001, a Senior Account Executive at Working Capital Technologies from 1998 to 2000, and an Account Executive at Offiserve from 1996 to 1998.

Todd Oldham has a diverse education history. Todd began their educational journey at Orange Coast College from 1991 to 1994, where they obtained an A.A. degree with a focus on History. Todd then pursued further education at UCLA from 1994 to 1996, earning a B.A. degree in Socio-Cultural Anthropology and History. In 2001, Oldham enrolled at Chapman University, completing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration from 2001 to 2004. Continuing their commitment to education, they attended Boston University in 2010 and completed a certificate in Project Management. Oldham then pursued a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration at Northeastern University from 2014 to 2017. Most recently, in 2019, they attended Cornell University and obtained a Certificate in Data Analytics.
