Marci Ramiro-Jenkins

Marci Ramiro-Jenkins has a diverse work experience spanning from 2003 to the present. Their most recent role is as a DEI Program Manager at Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center and Foundation, where they are responsible for convening and facilitating the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, as well as supporting the implementation of policies across the organization. Prior to that, they worked as a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Anti-Racism Consultant at EDIA Focal Point from 2019 to 2022. Marci also served as a Community Liaison at the City of McMinnville from 2018 to 2022, and as a Diversity and Inclusion Officer at the Oregon Library Association from 2018 to 2022. Before transitioning into DEI roles, they worked as a Compliance Analyst at Nike from 2014 to 2017, a Business Analyst at Thomson Reuters from 2012 to 2014, and a Project Business Analyst at IBM from 2003 to 2009.

Marci Ramiro-Jenkins has an educational background in various fields. Marci studied Information Science at Universidade de Brasília. Additionally, they pursued Intercultural/Multicultural and Diversity Studies at Cornell University. Marci also obtained a Certificate in Change Management from the Advanced Learning Institute. Moreover, they expanded their knowledge in Project Management/Business Process Management through courses at Harvard Business School Online.
